What to Expect
Your visit is intentionally unhurried and designed to allow time for a comprehensive evaluation and hands-on treatment.
During your appointment, care is focused on understanding how your body is functioning as a whole. This may include a detailed discussion of your symptoms, medical history, and goals, followed by a hands-on osteopathic structural examination.
If appropriate, Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) may be performed using gentle, manually guided techniques to address areas of restriction, support physiologic function, and improve overall balance within the body.
Each visit is individualized. Techniques and treatment approach are determined based on your presentation at the time of evaluation.
Required New Patient Forms
To maximize your evaluation and treatment time during your visit, all required forms must be completed prior to your appointment.
These forms allow your physician to review your medical history in advance and focus your visit on hands-on care rather than administrative intake.

As a physician-led, appointment-based practice with limited availability, each visit is scheduled to allow dedicated, uninterrupted time for your care.
Payment has been applied to reserve this time in advance in accordance with the practice’s self-pay model.
