Vega Hands On Osteopathic Care is a physician-led practice focused on the evaluation and treatment of somatic dysfunction using Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT).
Care is structured to provide an additional conservative, hands-on option for patients who have not improved with standard approaches.
WHEN TO REFER
Persistent musculoskeletal pain despite standard care
Recurrent pain after physical therapy or chiropractic care
Functional limitations affecting daily activity or athletic performance
Patients seeking conservative, hands-on treatment
Services are limited to:
Osteopathic medical evaluation
Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)
The practice does not routinely provide:
Imaging orders
Interventional procedures
Long-term primary management outside of OMT scope
Patients are returned to the referring provider for ongoing medical management unless continued OMT is clinically appropriate.
The goal is to support—not replace—the patient’s existing care team.
